Happy New Year! It’s that time of the year that cruise lines and tour operators get busy with their promotions to fill up their ships and tour groups! Basically the mantra is buy now and get a deal. Or wait and pay more. This way they cut down on their future marketing expense and share the benefit with the consumer. That’s you!
