I just don’t see it elsewhere.
Vicki: Thank you Josh – let me begin with a thought on Luxury….The Oxford English Dictionary’s definition of luxury uses words like extravagance, inessential, and indulgent. Josh: What are some of your new hotels and resorts that I need to pass the word on about? And what’s the reaction been to your relatively new over the top hotel in Florence? The pictures just can’t do it justice, I’m sure.

Later this year we will open our 3rd ski resort in Vail and the anticipation around that is palpable. There are many exciting hotels in the pipeline for 2011 including Marrakesh, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, and the list goes on….
The Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is indeed amazing – it is like going back in time and living like an Italian Noble in the Renaissance ! After an almost 10 year restoration – it’s no wonder the hotel is garnering so many awards and accolades – it is truly unique.
Josh: What are a couple of your classic business hotels in world capitals that you think my executive travelers would really enjoy?
Vicki: Well I am definitely partial to Paris – this is the ultimate hotel for Business executives and Leisure travelers alike – One of the things that makes a truly great hotel is a diverse clientele – and this hotel has it all from Royalty to Heads of State to International Business tycoons and celebrities – something for everyone and great people watching too !
